Who we are

What we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, you choose what to share — typically your name, email address, business name, the service you're interested in, and whatever you write in your message.
- Basic technical information. Like almost every website, our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
How the contact form works
When you submit the contact form, your details are sent to Formspree, a form-handling service that receives the submission, stores it in our account, and forwards it to us by email. Formspree processes that information on our behalf so that we can reply to you.
You can always skip the form and email us directly at support@aisolutionsplus.com instead.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to your inquiry, to prepare a quote or proposal, and to carry out work you ask us to do. If you become a client, we use your contact details to run the project and to invoice you.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Fonts and third-party services
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files from Google's servers, which means your IP address is visible to Google as part of that request. We do not send Google any of the information you type into the contact form.
Our site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard server logs on our behalf in order to serve the site and provides the analytics described below.
In short, the third parties involved in running this site are Google (fonts), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Formspree (contact form).
Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It is designed to be privacy-friendly: it does not set cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and does not build an advertising profile of you. What we see is aggregated — page views, referrers, countries, and device types — not individual people.
Beyond that, this website does not set advertising cookies and we do not run advertising tracking pixels on it. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as we may reasonably need them, and client records for as long as required for our business and tax obligations. If you would like us to delete correspondence with you, ask and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@aisolutionsplus.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law, including the right to complain to a data protection regulator.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
